Anti-fraud statement!
With the proliferation of new scams, it's crucial to guard against all types of online fraud. Classic City Resort Special Reminder:
After you complete a transaction using the online system, **this hotel will not contact you by phone to request ATM cancellation, change payment method, make additional payments, request transfers, cancel installments, upgrade to VIP status, or request refunds for over-spending on vouchers, due to reasons such as settings errors in online installment payments; nor will it contact you by phone to request your credit card number or personal and bank information.** Please be vigilant to avoid being scammed. If you receive any unknown or suspicious calls or text messages making the above requests, please do not provide any information. You are welcome to contact Classic City Resort for verification or report it to the National Police Agency's Anti-Fraud Hotline 165 or the Ministry of the Interior's National Police Agency's Anti-Fraud Website as soon as possible.
Stay away from scams: Three "Don'ts"!
"Don't touch ATMs!" "Don't provide personal information!" "Don't call back unknown numbers!"
■ Don't touch ATMs
Scammers will ask customers to switch to an English ATM interface to trick you into transferring money. ATMs do not offer refunds, installment payment cancellations, etc., so please be extremely careful. [Scammers] will not arbitrarily change paid orders, nor will they ask you to follow any instructions when using an ATM.
■ Do not disclose credit card information
Classic City Resort will never ask you for your bank account or credit card information over the phone; nor will it notify you of personal information or request money transfers in the form of "selling restaurant vouchers" or "winning a prize."
■ Do not return calls from unknown numbers.
Fraudulent groups may tamper with telecommunications data, redirecting caller ID or sending text messages. If you receive such suspicious calls or text messages, please verify with Classic City Resort or call the 165 anti-fraud hotline to ensure your safety.
