In accordance with Article 31 of the Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act, smoking is strictly prohibited in this building and its guest rooms. Violations are subject to a fine of NT$2,000 to NT$10,000.
**Guests found smoking in their guest rooms or on the hotel premises will be charged a cleaning fee of NT$3,000. (If any equipment is damaged, the guest will be required to pay for the damage in addition to the cleaning fee.)**
